Which Areas Do You Cover?

Based in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex we can easily cover Essex, Suffolk, Herts, London & other surrounding areas.

By special arrangement we can also cover the rest of England


How will the DJ Dress

We have a smart and appropriate uniform which allows our DJs to work comfortably and makes them easy to identify should you or your guests need to speak to them.


What Backup Systems Do You Have In Place?

Equipment
We use top of the range professional sound and lighting equipment and have a complete standby system on site at every booking to cover any eventuality

DJs
Although its never happened in the event of accident or illness we have a number of DJs available to step in and cover bookings.


Our Requirements

As a professional mobile disco we are fully equipped for every eventuality.

All we ask is for:-

• An Area of Ideally 4m x 3m (although we can scale down the equipment if required)

• Two 13 amp Mains sockets within 10 metres of where the disco is to be located

•A Safe Enviroment.


Will I Get A Written Contract?

Yes, once we receive your deposit we confirm your booking in writing meaning we have a legally binding written contractual agreement.

This guarantees total peace of mind for our clients who can relax knowing that everything to do with their booking is finalised.


Requests & Playlists

We always welcome playlists giving us an indication of your favourite Tunes & Artists.

These help us to get an idea of your musical tastes.

Ideally we would suggest a list of around 25 - 30 tracks or artists on your list to ensure we can incorporate other requests on the night.

We will of course (if you want us to) also play reasonable and appropriate requests from your guests to ensure they can hear their favourite tunes too.

Part of what you are paying for is our expertise in keeping the dance floor full, so we will incorparate tracks from playlists or requests where we feel they will they work best.


What Insurance do you carry

As a professional Mobile Disco we like to do things properly and make sure we have every angle covered. Therefore we carry the following insurances.

Public Liability
As required by many Venues & for piece of mind we carry £10,000,000 of public liability insurance.

Equipment
We carry a complete backup of all equipment to cover equipment failure and all our equipment is insured so that if for any reason any of it gets damaged or is stolen it wont affect your special occasion.

Breakdown Insurance
All our vehicles are covered by national vehicle breakdown insurance, so you can be sure we will get to you in the unlikely event of vehicle breakdown.


What about music?

We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to understand their music tastes and expectations. We normally play a selection of genres to suit your guests and keep the dancefloor full but can tailor the play list to suit any requirements


What Equipment Do you Use?

As a professional mobile disco your guests are our next potential clients. We invest heavily in top of the range professional DJ equipment (Denon, Numark, JB, American DJ etc)to ensure we create the perfect party atmosphere See our equipment page for more detailed information
